SUMMARY:Craft Lab: Ukrainian Egg Decorating (Pysanky)
DESCRIPTION:Explore the luminous folk tradition of pysanky—Ukrainian wax-resist egg decorating. Using a kistka (stylus)\, beeswax\, and layered dyes\, you’ll draw symbols\, build color from light to dark\, and reveal intricate patterns in the final wax melt. Learn the meaning of motifs\, how to plan color sequences\, and how to seal and preserve your work. All tools and dyes provided; safety briefing included (open flame used for heating the stylus).
