Introducing Our 2024–26 Strategic Priorities and Goals

By the Fine Arts Center Leadership Team

Over the past several months, the staff of the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College have been hard at work identifying the priorities and goals that will guide our efforts over the next two years. These priorities—Visibility, Engagement, and Sustainability—are designed to strengthen our identity as a cultural leader, enhance our impact in our communities, and ensure long-term organizational resilience and success.

Visibility: We will actively communicate our identity and priorities to unify perceptions, strengthen community connections, and enhance our role as a cultural leader in the arts.

Engagement: We will create a dynamic, collaborative environment that not only strengthens internal synergies across programming areas but also broadens our reach and impact within our communities.

Sustainability: We will ensure long-term success and resilience by strengthening financial sustainability to the resources needed to pursue ambitious goals, and operational sustainability to the resources needed to support staff, deliver high-quality programs, and continue fulfilling our mission.
