Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition

The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) is a statewide, membership-based coalition of immigrant, faith, labor, youth, community, business and ally organizations founded in 2002 to improve the lives of immigrants and refugees by making Colorado a more welcoming, immigrant-friendly state. CIRC achieves this mission through non-partisan civic engagement, public education, and advocating for workable, fair and humane immigration policies. Learn More

Accompaniment and Sanctuary Coalition

The Accompaniment and Sanctuary Coalition of Colorado Springs (ASC) seeks to make the Pikes Peak region a safer place for immigrants by standing with and protecting immigrants facing obstacles in everyday life, including housing, finances, healthcare, well-being, and apprehension/deportation. They do this by supporting and connecting them to the valuable resources in their communities, educating faith communities on issues of immigration and activating them in the coalition’s work, advocating for policy change, and providing sanctuary in a host church to vetted immigrants facing imminent deportation. Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services

Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains (LFSRM) is a faith based, non-profit human services agency serving communities since 1948. They provide help and support to children and families in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Utah during their most challenging times. At LFSRM, they believe that ALL people are valued members of our community. In 1975, Global Refuge (formerly LIRS) contacted LFSRM to begin resettlement of refugees. Since that time, the LFSRM Refugee & Asylee Programs have helped people who have been uprooted by persecution and violence work towards self-sufficiency through essential resettlement services, including: housing, employment, English language, and cultural orientation. LFSRM works together with Global Refuge, and other churches, organizations, community groups, businesses, and individuals to provide the services and supplies necessary for refugees to become self-sufficient and integrate into their new communities. Refugees and Immigrants United

Refugees + Immigrants United is dedicated to providing education, professional development, training, public speaking services to raise awareness and provide education about and on issues affecting refugees and immigrants. Additionally, they host and partner with community partners for community and celebratory events aimed at fostering dialogue, connecting our communities with broader communities, educating the public, and honoring the rich diversity of our refugee and immigrant communities. Higher Ed Immigration Portal

The Higher Ed Immigration Portal (The Portal) is a platform that integrates data, policy analysis, and resources to support DACA and undocumented, refugee, other immigrant, and international students. The mission is to inform federal policymaking, fuel change at the state and campus level, and build a diverse movement of partners and stakeholders advocating alongside immigrant and international students. The Portal provides higher education leaders, policymakers, students, and other stakeholders with the information and tools they need to inform immigration policies that expand access to higher education, degree completion, and post-graduate career success.
