Member Tour: Museum Collections Storage

Members: Join the museum team on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour into collections storage. See how and where the museum stores the nearly 18,000 works entrusted to its care and stewardship. Learn about ongoing and upcoming collections projects encompassing conservation, storage, cataloging and digitization, and NAGPRA compliance.
Missing a favorite work or artist? There will be an opportunity to view artworks not currently on display by request. Make sure you come prepared with the artist and title of the work you’d like to see! After a tour of the collections storage spaces, enjoy a private walk-thru of the Agents of Care gallery, and discover how the space is supporting collections-driven learning and community collaboration.
