Sparked by their first fine art acquisition, intended primarily to be a prudent financial investment, the exceptional collection of Morton and Tobia Mower has multiplied into scores of Rembrandt etchings, Impressionist paintings and prints by masters such as Claude Monet and Berthe Morisot.
